Q3: What is your production and assembly standard?
Our workshop applies strict dust-proof and cleaning management. All assembly processes follow standard SOP with calibrated torque tools. Standard cleaning and drying procedures effectively prevent impurity blockage and oil leakage.
Q4: What finished product tests do you perform?
We implement 100% full inspection for all finished joysticks, including leakage test, pressure curve test, operating force test and signal linearity test. Full product traceability, aging test and durability test ensure reliable performance under complex working conditions.
Q5: How do you How identify and place the molds for different customers?
Each customer’s molds are engraved with customer code, mold number and product model. We separate customer molds on dedicated labeled racks. Area zoning is implemented to avoid mix-up. Access records are kept for mold movement.
