Today, Zhu Jianxin, Deputy Chief Technology Officer of Sunward Intelligent Group, and Zhu Zhenxin, General Manager of Sunward Intelligent Foundation Equipment, led a delegation to visit our company and conduct in-depth inspections on core production processes at the frontline production sites. Jin Tianhe, General Manager of our company, and Song Hongguang, General Manager of the Transmission Business Unit, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit. Both sides conducted in-depth technical exchanges focusing on process upgrading, quality control, technical adaptation and supporting cooperation of two core products: transmission winches and high-end cartridge valves.
The delegation mainly visited and investigated two core production areas of our company — the transmission winch workshop and the SPASSUN cartridge valve workshop. They inspected precision processing stations, intelligent assembly production lines and performance testing laboratories in detail, comprehensively reviewing the standardized production procedures, intelligent equipment application, lean management implementation and product process quality control. The team gained a full understanding of our company’s precision manufacturing capabilities, production supporting capacity and technological innovation achievements in core winch parts and high-end hydraulic cartridge valves.
At the transmission winch workshop, Song Hongguang, General Manager of the Transmission Business Unit, gave a detailed introduction to the overall production layout, core processing technologies, assembly procedures and finished product test system of transmission winches. Focusing on key links of engineering machinery winch manufacturing, including high-precision machining, heavy-duty assembly technology, wear and corrosion resistance treatment, braking performance testing and mass production stability control, our team elaborated on the core measures adopted for workshop process optimization, equipment upgrading and closed-loop quality management.
Based on the complete machine supporting requirements, the Sunward Intelligent delegation focused on technical details such as load adaptation standards, core component tolerance control, fatigue life testing and working condition adaptation optimization of transmission winches. They conducted in-depth discussions with our technical team on the performance upgrading, process improvement and localization substitution of winch products tailored for Sunward Intelligent’s foundation equipment. The delegation spoke highly of the mature and complete production processes, stringent quality control system and stable product performance of our transmission winch workshop, acknowledging that the superior manufacturing techniques of our key transmission components provide solid support for the safe and stable operation of complete engineering machinery equipment.
Subsequently, the delegation visited the SPASSUN cartridge valve workshop to observe the full-process precision production technology of high-end cartridge valves. As core precision control components of engineering machinery hydraulic systems, cartridge valves directly determine the control accuracy, response speed and operational stability of equipment hydraulic systems by virtue of their machining precision and assembly quality. Our technical staff introduced the whole-chain production process of SPASSUN cartridge valves, covering precision CNC machining, refined valve core polishing, dust-free assembly, tightness testing, high and low pressure fatigue tests and full inspection of finished products. The core advantages of the workshop in automated production, intelligent detection, process iteration and strict quality control were fully demonstrated during the visit.
Zhu Jianxin and Zhu Zhenxin fully recognized the refined, intelligent and standardized production mode of the SPASSUN cartridge valve workshop, and highly praised our company’s achievements in independent manufacturing of high-end hydraulic components, technological innovation breakthroughs and product performance upgrading. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on key topics including cartridge valve process optimization, performance iteration, working condition adaptation and batch supporting, and specifically explored new ideas and directions for cooperation such as joint technical research, collaborative process optimization and precise supply-demand matching.
