Recently, the Foreign Trade Manager of MST, a leading renowned construction machinery enterprise based in Turkey, paid a special visit to our company for an on-site inspection and business negotiation. Led by our Foreign Trade Manager, the reception team included the Sales Supervisor, Workshop Production Director and Quality Control Supervisor, who accompanied the client throughout the visit. Following the forum, accompanied and guided by our Workshop Production Director and Quality Control Supervisor, MST’s Foreign Trade Manager conducted an on-site tour of our core production zones, including the machining workshop, assembly workshop and professional cleaning facility.
In the machining workshop, the Production Director elaborated on our precision processing equipment, standardized production workflows, raw material selection criteria and dimensional tolerance control procedures for components. The client observed the full machining process of core spare parts up close, gaining direct insight into our refined production techniques and robust manufacturing capacity. At the assembly workshop, the client inspected our modular assembly workflows, complete machine commissioning processes and standardized operating protocols, acquiring an in-depth understanding of our efficient, well-regulated production system. Afterwards, the delegation toured the dedicated cleaning workshop, learning about critical procedures including component washing, precision cleaning and anti-rust treatment. They offered initial affirmation of our tidy, well-organized production environment and meticulous process management.
Throughout the factory tour, our Quality Control Supervisor walked the client through our comprehensive end-to-end quality management system, which implements rigorous quality checks at every stage: incoming material inspection, in-process patrol testing, finished product random sampling and full-item delivery inspection, to fully guarantee product stability and durability. The client observed every procedure attentively and raised detailed inquiries, leaving deeply impressed by our advanced production equipment, mature manufacturing craftsmanship and stringent quality control benchmarks.
After the factory tour, both parties returned to the meeting room for an intensive joint seminar.
