The company invested a full three years in the development of brake valves and charging valves. From the initial technical challenges to subsequent quality control, every step of the process embodied the team’s dedication. The technical department oversaw key technical challenges, while the quality department rigorously controlled product quality. Based on the mature technologies of existing brake valves and filling valves, we will accelerate the development of a full range of products, covering different pressure levels, flow ranges and application scenarios (such as construction machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial automation, new energy equipment, etc.), forming a “one-stop hydraulic component solution” to meet the diverse needs of customers and reduce their supplier screening costs.

Focusing on industry trends such as “high efficiency, energy saving, reliability, and intelligence”, we improve product stability, lifespan, and energy efficiency, and enhance product corrosion resistance and impact resistance by optimizing materials (such as high-temperature resistant seals), improving processes (such as precision machining and modular design), and strengthening testing (such as extreme operating condition simulation and long-cycle life testing).

In response to the personalized needs of large OEMs, a special technical team has been established to provide “on-demand design + rapid iteration”, plan R&D in advance, ensure that product technology iteration is synchronized with market demand, and even lead the technical standards in specific fields. A “joint R&D + priority supply” mechanism has been established with existing partners Fujian Jinli and Tai’an Jiahe Heavy Industry, and the team has participated in the formulation of hydraulic system supporting plans for their new model design phase, becoming a core supplier and enhancing cooperation stickiness and market share.

By hiring experienced industry engineers at high salaries, the R&D team ensures its technical depth. A patent reward fund and project dividend system are established for the technical team to encourage the commercialization of innovative results. For the sales and service team, customer satisfaction and the number of long-term customer relationships are included in their performance assessments, guiding them to shift from “selling products” to “providing services.” Emphasizing the value of “focusing on hydraulics and pursuing excellence,” regular technical seminars and cross-departmental project collaboration enhance team cohesion and alignment.
