How to improve the operability of the control handle? A domestic OEM reported that their excavator had a long initial idle stroke during operation, resulting in operational difficulties. Our technical team, based on the customer’s requested multi-way valve curve, redesigned the pilot control curve. We then sent the customer sample curves (8 images), and after installation and testing, the customer’s problem was completely resolved. This received positive feedback from the customer.

Original Handgrip:

1. Lower dead zone at the beginning of the handlebar

2. Slight change in resistance at the end of the handlebar (smaller range)

3. Slightly heavier handlebar

4. Moderate paddle shifter range due to cylinder misalignment

5. Slightly shorter handlebar travel

New Handgrip:

1. Smaller dead zone at the beginning of the handlebar

2. Slight change in resistance at the end of the handlebar (similar to both handlebars)

3. Slightly heavier handlebar (similar to both handlebars)

4. Slightly smaller paddle shifter range due to cylinder misalignment; slightly stronger feel compared to the original handlebar

5. Shorter travel (similar to both handlebars)
