Application of the 24V Wheel Excavator Handle: The 24V wheel excavator handle is a key operating component of a wheeled excavator. The operator controls various excavator movements by operating the handle. For example, pushing the handle forward moves the excavator forward, pulling it backward moves it backward, and turning it left or right turns it around. The handle also controls the up, down, left, and right movement of the excavator arm, as well as the opening, closing, and rotation of the bucket. The operator can precisely control the excavator’s movements by varying the handle’s range of motion to meet the needs of diverse operating scenarios.
Application of the electroproportional valve: The electroproportional valve plays a key control role in wheeled excavators. It works in conjunction with the 24V wheel excavator handle. When the operator operates the handle, the handle outputs an electrical signal. The electroproportional valve receives this signal (such as 4-20mA or 0-10V) and converts it into mechanical motion, moving the valve core and varying the valve opening, thereby precisely regulating the flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil.
